Chef Laura began her culinary journey in Somerville, MA before training at Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas. Inspired by her mother’s gift for creating comfort from simple ingredients, she focuses on pairing seasonal, local flavors in creative ways that highlight New England’s natural beauty. At Haley & Bear, she’s excited to bring fresh ideas, regional wine pairings, and a warm sense of home to every guest experience.
